College of Engineering Financial Reports          You must login with a valid Oracle userid to gain access to these reports. Monthly reports:     BAR Budget Activity Report   BSR Budget Status Report PI reports:     Principal Investigator Report Budget summary report for all budgets for a selected PI   90 day transaction list report Shows the most recent transactions for a budget ordered in descending order by posting date.   List of budgets to add to the PI report. This report allows admins in your department to add additional budgets to a particular PIs report when the budget is not already tied to the PI by the employeeid. Projections reports:     Budget Balance Projections One line statement for multiple budgets   LIne item Detail For single budgets only Other:     Budget Balance Summary Report One line statement for multiple budgets (no projections)   New Budget Balance Summary Report One line statement for multiple budgets (no projections)   Outstanding Encumbrances Find all outstanding encumbrances on any COE budget(s).   Budget List Report List of all budgets in a UW department.   Direct/Indirect Report Direct and indirect costs by budget number.   Budget Revisions View both sides of your budget revisions.          Links to other sources          Links to other sites   Financial Desktop New web based financial system managed by central UW systems.   BARtender This site, managed by the UW's Planning and Budget Office, allows you to view BAR and Budget Summary info on ANY UW budget in the past two bienniums.   Biennium Close Reports This site, managed by the UW's Planning and Budget Office, allows you to view biennium close reports in your browser or download the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
